1. RW Training are the owners of all intellectual property rights on this site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
2. You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal use and then ONLY when attending a Challenge as either a Team Delegate or in your appointment as a supporting role player. All printed copies must be destroyed, or returned to RW Training for disposal, immediately on completion of the Challenge.
3. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way.
4. You must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text without the permission of RW Training.
5. Our status as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.
6. You must not reproduce any part of the content on our site. This also includes creating similar events, on a non-commercial basis, such as for an in-house event.
7. If you print off, copy or download any part of our site in breach of these terms of use, your right to use our site will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made. You may also be open to prosecution under the relevant copyright laws.
8. Subject to these terms and conditions, you hereby agree that any information, photos, material or drawings you provide to the site for upload is on a nonexclusive basis. You hereby grant us a nonexclusive, irrevocable right to use such materials as we see fit without any royalty.
